1. REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 30th 2025

At Leendate, each chocolate-covered date is handcrafted in small batches with care and precision. Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we maintain the following policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• We do not accept returns or exchanges

• We do not offer refunds

• This applies to all food items without exception

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided preparation has not begun

• After 48 hours, or once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded

To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please contact us at contact@leendate.com.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
